Yea, so I haven't worked out in a few weeks... goes to show you how difficult it can be to keep a fitness regimen. With the whole move and blogging full time, I have neglected my workouts.

I'm Still Here

I'm still here, trying to get fit. This past weekend showed me that I have a little ways to go to reach my goals. The conference coupled with school work has prevented me from working out for the last few days, but I will be back at it bright and early tomorrow.

Wii Fit
I will be using the Nintendo Wii Fit Balance Board as my primary scale during my weight loss. I am going to ensure consistency by weighing myself every day right after waking up, before consuming any food or drink. Also, I will weigh myself while wearing only my boxer shorts.
The Wii Fit game will occasionally be used during my fitness program, but mainly will be utilized for the tracking and graphing of my BMI and weight.
