Yea, so I haven't worked out in a few weeks... goes to show you how difficult it can be to keep a fitness regimen. With the whole move and blogging full time, I have neglected my workouts.

Trying to improve my figure is my #1 motivation for hitting the gym to battle the bulge. I just joined our annual "Hold it for the Holidays" program. If you can lose weight, or at least not gain weight from Thanksgiving you earn a t-shirt. I find that the support I get from my girlfriends really helps me to keep on battling the bulge. Yesterday, I burned 656 calories on the Cybex (like an Elliptix) in 30 minutes. It's a never ending struggle. Linda
